ARC is a non-profit think tank, which seeks to advance the art and science of aerial refueling technology and procedures. The group is comprised of select members, demonstrated experts in the field of air refueling from all walks, including military and commercial entities, who remain completely anonymous to protect their individual interests. The group facilitator organizes the website and provides for a common contact point for those seeking information. The group consults freely and openly.
Papers, written by members and others, regarding various facets of current and future aerial refueling concepts will be featured here.
